How the Free Trial Works

• An AnswerNet / AnsweringServicesUS.com Customer Service Rep will contact you to review the setup information you provide and to set up the trial account.
• You forward your calls to a phone number we provide.
• We answer your calls using a single answering phrase you provide.
• We take callers Name, Phone Number and Message.
• Messages will be emailed or sent as a mobile text message to you.
• The free trial ends at 7 days or 20 minutes of call time, whichever is sooner.
• If you wish to continue service and have already provided billing information; Do nothing. Service will continue with billing as quoted to you when the account was set up.  A customer service representative may contact you to confirm the service plan and for billing information.
• If you wish to discontinue service, contact us any time in writing before the free trial ends.
